Position Objectives
Administers programs and supervises assigned staff crisis staff; develops program policies and procedures; participates in development of division programs/services; provides clinical supervision; ensures compliance with standards, policies and laws; maintains statistics and prepares reports; performs initial assessments and assigns caseloads; provides after-hours on-call crisis consultation and services if needed; provides training and other educational services; coordinates services and nurtures relationships with county and other agencies.Minimum Requirements
Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field. 3-5 years experience in a mental health setting working with individuals with a mental illness and their families, supervisory experience and 3,000 hours of supervised mental health experience. Certification in substance abuse assessment and treatment desirable. Exemplary oral and written communication skills, the ability to get along with others and work as part of a team, flexibility, creativity, and a supervision style that promotes a positive and proactive team environment will be required. Or, any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.Benefits
WAGES/SALARY: $69,216 - $87,212/yr (2016 wages)
NORMAL HOURS: Mon – Fri: 8:00 – 5:00 p.m. With Some Nights and Weekends if needed Flexibility required JOB
