Position Objectives

Unified Community Services (UCS) has a full-time Behavioral Health Clinician position available to provide services in a state-certified Community Support Program (CSP).  CSP utilizes an interdisciplinary team that provides highly individualized, long-term, home-based services to adult with serious and persistent mental illness who reside in Grant and Iowa Counties.  Supportive environment with clinical collaboration.  Weekdays with no on-call.  Competitive compensation package includes Wisconsin Retirement System, health, life and disability insurance, and paid time off.  Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard mileage rate.  UCS is an approved NHSC service site where service requirements for the NHSC Loan Repayment Program may be fulfilled.

Minimum Requirements

Requires Wisconsin licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Professional Counselor, and completion of caregiver background check.  The ideal applicant will be dually licensed to provide both mental health and substance abuse treatment.
