Position Objectives

Under the general direction of the Behavioral Health Division Manager and Supervisor, provides psycho-social, risk-based assessments, symptom management and education, social recreational activities and case management services to persons with mental illness.  Performs related duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science or a related field with 1,000 hours of supervised, post degree clinical experience with serious and persistent mentally ill persons or a bachelor's degree in a field other than behavioral science with 2,000 hours of supervised post degree clinical experience with persons with chronic mental illness.  At least two (2) years’ experience providing services to persons with mental illnesses; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Access to reliable transportation.

Benefits

2017 Wages - $2,013.45 - $2,590.01 biweekly, with a negotiable starting salary dependent upon qualifications and experience.  Calumet County offers a complete benefit package.
